Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Slightly under the weather but still heading to work, at least you'll have a pleasant scent with you. Eucalyptus and lemon eucalyptus split evenly, clear-cool and green-lemony, while rosemary settles in with an herbal note. A mini diffuser on your desk is enough, set to intermittent mode. And today, remember to leave work early and get some rest early too.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
