Spicy-cool green leaves, tart lime, like an orchard breeze on a summer noon.
Summer in the Mekong Delta, an orchard breeze at noon: betel leaf and lemon leaf are green, spicy and cool, lime is tart and fresh, and spearmint adds a sweet minty breath. Great for the living room, the porch or a nap room. Start the diffuser while you lie in a hammock listening to southern folk music, or add a drop of spearmint if the air feels extra muggy.

On opening. Lemon leaf (green, slightly bitter and very fresh); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Betel leaf (green and peppery, a little smoky) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Betel Leaf can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
