Someone else is paying for the buffet, and your belly is full. Three drops of basil bring spicy-sweet leaves, sweet orange and lemon, two drops each, add juicy freshness and bright tartness, and one drop of thyme brings warm, spicy herbs. The scent is like a table laden with fresh herbs, great for the kitchen or dining room. Switch it on after the meal so the fresh scent replaces the food smells.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
