Blend recipes · Easy breathing
The goal is simple: sleep straight through till morning. Eucalyptus opens clear and cool but never harsh, gentle lavender holds the middle, and a single drop of thyme adds a warm herbal note. Great for the bedroom on cold nights. Run the diffuser for 30 minutes before you get into bed and set a timer to turn it off; for an even softer version, add 1 drop of lavender.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
