Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Six drops of lemon eucalyptus bring a cool, lemony edge, four drops of lavender soften things, and two drops each of peppermint and rosemary open up the air. For days you call in sick, sprawl out and just want the room to smell clean and comfy. Fourteen drops is a lot, so use half in a small room; skip it in rooms with children under 6.

On opening. Lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
