Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Pause for a moment in the middle of the day and slow your breathing down. Rosemary and thyme stand side by side, one green and camphor-like, the other warm and spicy-herbal, while juniper closes with a dry, resinous wood like a forest trail. This big bottle is mixed once and lasts for weeks. At lunch break, put 5 drops in the diffuser and close your eyes for a few minutes.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice); juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
