old money on a stroll

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Woody · Warm spice · code BL-3202

Bergamot and pink pepper over warm root and orris powder; quietly luxurious.

Old money style, out for a stroll: bergamot and pink pepper rise bright and radiant, then settle into warm smilax root and smooth powdery orris, quietly luxurious. Great for the closet, the home office or a small entryway. Run the diffuser on low for about 20 minutes; for a fresher scent, add one drop of bergamot.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); pink pepper (lightly spicy, sparkling and berry-like) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Smilax (warm, earthy and rooty, lightly sweet and rustic); orris (powdery, soft and very elegant) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use old money on a stroll in a diffuser?
Add Bergamot 3 · Smilax 2 · Pink Pepper 1 · Orris 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for lemon or sweet orange — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use old money on a stroll?
Diffuse it in a room, or mix a roller to dab on your wrists (diluted in a carrier oil).
