Homesick, missing the cinnamon in the pot of pho mom made on the first morning of Tet, the Lunar New Year. Four drops of frankincense make a deep resin base, two drops of cinnamon add warm, spicy sweetness, and a single drop of sandalwood lines it with smooth creamy wood. Good for the living room on cold winter nights. Cinnamon is very strong, so a small room should use just one drop and keep the door cracked for air.

As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
