At the end of the day, you want a soft reset button. Blue chamomile leads with a sweet, deep herbal scent a bit like hay and honey, while eucalyptus opens a clear, cool breeze to lighten it. Great for the bedroom after a shower, when you dim the lights and put your phone away. With only two oils it's easy to tweak: add 1 drop of eucalyptus for more coolness.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
