Blend recipes · Fresh air & odor control
Razor-sharp green tang sweeping away kitchen grease smells.
Just fried some fish and the kitchen smells of oil: lemon leaf and lime are razor-sharp and green, and basil adds a fresh herb note, sweeping away the lingering smell. Tidy and clean, the scent suits the kitchen, dining room or an open-plan apartment. Start the diffuser right after cooking, and run the range hood with the windows open for about 15 minutes.

On opening. Lemon leaf (green, slightly bitter and very fresh); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
