The friendzone is officially over. Lime and patchouli, three drops each, bring a playful tart green note and a warm, sensual earthiness; two drops of ylang ylang add sweet yellow florals. Surprising and full of personality, it suits the bedroom or living room in the evening. The first time, try cutting patchouli to 2 drops so the lime can lead a little more.

On opening. Lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
