Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Close your eyes and your lungs feel like they've been led into the woods. Pine opens fresh and resinous, juniper brings dry wood, eucalyptus blows a cool breeze, and one drop of bergamot lights a little sunshine on the canopy. Great for an apartment living room, especially on days you're stuck at home. Turn on the diffuser along with a creek-sounds playlist; the effect is pretty convincing.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk); juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
