Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Even if flu season walks past, it should find your home smelling clean and bright. Tea tree leads with a sharp green note, bergamot adds a flash of citrus, rosemary and thyme hold the herbal line, and clary sage closes soft and slightly sweet like dry hay. Great for the living room, the entryway or a shared workspace. Running it for about 30 minutes in the morning with the windows open is ideal.

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
