Blend recipes · Easy breathing

sneezy season survival

3 oils · Herbal · code BL-2042

Four drops of sharp, clean tea tree, three drops of bold green rosemary, and two drops of dry, spicy thyme, like a fragrant shield for your home during the weeks when everyone around you keeps sneezing. Clean and alert. Nine drops is right for a living room diffuser; thyme is fairly strong, so cut it to one drop if older family members are sensitive to scents.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use sneezy season survival in a diffuser?
Add Tea Tree 4 · Rosemary 3 · Thyme 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of tea tree?
Swap tea tree for eucalyptus or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use sneezy season survival?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
