A whole day at the computer, and your neck and shoulders are stiff as a statue. Three drops of lavender open with soft flowers, lemongrass adds fresh grassy lemon, rosemary blows in cool green leaf, and blue chamomile lines it with warm dried herbs. Good for standing up to stretch, rolling your neck a few times, or taking a warm shower. Run the diffuser in your workspace during breaks as a reminder to rest.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
