Sweet orange, cinnamon and cedarwood split three ways: sweet-fresh, warm-spicy and dry wood, with lemon adding a bit of brightness up top. It brings back a countryside kitchen on chilly evenings, before mosquito season has quite passed. Good for the living room and dining room after dinner. Cinnamon is intense, so in rooms under 15 m², cut it to 6 drops and diffuse in intervals.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
