Two oils, split evenly: basil brings a peppery green leaf, lime brings fresh zest. The result is clean and bright, like a seafood platter scattered with basil and finished with a squeeze of lime by the shore. Great for the kitchen, dining room or a summer balcony. Run the diffuser while you pack your beach bag; double everything for a big room, or drop basil to 1 drop for a softer mix.

On opening. Lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
