Blend recipes · Easy breathing

airy from head to toe

4 oils · Herbal · Woody · code BL-2182

Airy from head to toe, like you just got back from a walk in the woods. Eucalyptus leads, clear and cool, tea tree adds a clean green note, pine brings the forest, and thyme holds a warm, spicy herbal base. This is a large full-bottle ready-mix batch. Use 6–8 drops each time for a large living room; for a bedroom, 4 drops is enough.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Skin irritant

Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use airy from head to toe in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Tea Tree 2 · Pine 2 · Thyme 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use airy from head to toe?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
