Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Steaming over a pot of hot water like when you were a kid, only better-smelling. Rosemary leads with a green, slightly camphor-like herbal note, and Roman chamomile softens it with a gentle sweetness like ripe apples. Great for cold evenings. Add it to a bowl of hot, not rolling-boil, water and keep your face at a safe distance.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
