Ceylon cassia opens sweet and warm like cinnamon toast for breakfast, sweet orange adds cheer, and a drop of juniper keeps things neat and alert. Good for the bedroom or study corner on early-winter mornings, while the family gets ready for school and work. Switch on the diffuser when you wake up and off when you leave; for a child's room, use half the recipe.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ceylon cassia (sweet, softly spicy and warm); juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Ceylon Cassia can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
