rooftop sunset

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Woody · code BL-0241

The sky turns orange, then purple, over the rooftop. Lavender, sweet orange and cedarwood share equal drops: purple herbs, ripe fruit and dry wood, just like a sunset palette, while one drop of eucalyptus adds a cool breeze from up high. The scent is warm yet airy, perfect for a rooftop, balcony or west-facing living room. Place the diffuser somewhere out of the wind so the scent has time to spread around the seats.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use rooftop sunset in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Eucalyptus 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use rooftop sunset?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
