Blend recipes · Easy breathing
When the whole office is taking turns sneezing, you need one really clean shared scent. Tea tree and frankincense lead, sharp green and warm resin, lemon adds brightness, and thyme holds a spicy herbal note. Great for meeting rooms, the pantry or shared workspaces. Run the diffuser first thing in the morning and again at the start of the afternoon, about 20 minutes each time.

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
