Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Flu season, and you still have to go to work, so at least your corner of the desk should smell clean. Eucalyptus leads, clear and cool, cedarwood adds a dry wood base, camphor brings a cool, slightly spicy note, and lavender keeps things gentle. Great for a mini diffuser on your office desk. Run it for 20 minutes first thing in the morning, and don't forget to wash your hands often.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); camphor (icy, strong and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Camphor can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
