Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Having a rough time with your nose? Let two green scents sort it out. Cypress and rosemary split evenly: fresh green wood like just-cut branches, and a cool, slightly camphor-like herb. Great for a home office, the living room or the bathroom. This is a ready-mix ratio; use 5 drops in the diffuser each time, and add 1 drop of lemon if you want it brighter.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
