The lights go out, and the buzzing starts again. Lavender leads gently to help you drift off, cedarwood adds a warm, dry wood base, and peppermint contributes a cool tingle so the room feels less stuffy. Good for summer bedrooms. Run the diffuser 30 minutes before lights out with the door closed; if peppermint makes it hard to sleep, cut it to 1 drop and add 2 more of lavender.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
