lemon-sour wake-up

2 oils · Citrus · Floral · code BL-1181

Sour as a lemon and instantly awake. Twenty-five drops of palmarosa open with rose blended with fresh lemongrass, and twenty drops of lemon add a vivid, bright tang. Forty-five drops make a full bottle; use five each time for a bedroom in the morning or an office at the start of the day. Seal the bottle tightly after use so the lemon doesn't fade away.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Palmarosa (sweet and grassy with a rosy note) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser

FAQ

How do I use lemon-sour wake-up in a diffuser?
Add Palmarosa 4 · Lemon 4 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of palmarosa?
Swap palmarosa for lavender or geranium — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: lavender is floral-herbal, clean and soothing.
When is the best time to use lemon-sour wake-up?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
