Three drops like three herbs for rolling: cool, tingly peppermint, spicy basil leaves and fresh lime peel. Green and clean, good for the kitchen and dining table when the family sits down to roll fresh spring rolls on the weekend. Use a mini diffuser in a kitchen corner; for larger rooms, triple the recipe and keep the 1:1:1 ratio.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
