Lemon eucalyptus is the star, crisp and very clearly lemony-grassy; the other four, one drop each, form the backdrop: soft lavender, cool peppermint, fresh lemongrass and green-rose geranium. Good for the living room or porch at dusk. Turn on the diffuser as it starts to get dark; if lemon eucalyptus feels too sharp, use 1 drop less and add 1 drop of lavender.

On opening. Lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
