Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Flat on your back in bed on a sick day, you want the room to feel a bit nicer. Camphor opens cool and a little spicy like camphor leaves, eucalyptus opens up the breathing room, and tea tree closes green and clean. Great for the bedroom when you need lots of rest. Essential oils only make the space more pleasant; remember to drink warm water and see a doctor when you need to.

On opening. Camphor (icy, strong and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Camphor can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
