Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A frozen nose needs defrosting with a seriously strong cool breeze. Peppermint takes up most of the blend, clearly icy, while camphor makes the whole thing airy and a bit spicy. This is a full-bottle ready-mix ratio, and it's quite strong. Take only 3–4 drops each time for the diffuser, or put 1 drop on a tissue for a quick sniff.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); camphor (icy, strong and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Camphor can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
