Just three drops, enough for a whole day hiding from the cold under a blanket. Sweet orange opens bright and happy, and Ceylon cassia follows, sweet and warm, softer than regular cinnamon and never harsh. Good for the bedroom or a sofa corner on days you do not want to leave the house. Use a mini diffuser by the bed, switched on as you make a mug of hot milk; for larger rooms, keep the 2:1 ratio and scale up.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ceylon cassia (sweet, softly spicy and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Ceylon Cassia can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
