Breathe slower, live slower, and everything is still fine. Three drops of lavender lead soft and gentle, bergamot and cypress add fresh citrus and cool needles, and a single drop of myrrh holds a deep wood tail. How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Lavender 3 · Bergamot 2 · Cypress 2 · Myrrh 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

FAQ

How do I use breathe slow, live slow in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Bergamot 2 · Cypress 2 · Myrrh 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.

Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.

Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
