after-dinner dessert

3 oils · Citrus · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2685

Peppermint leads, cool like mint ice cream, while sweet orange and vanilla follow equally, sweet-fresh and creamy-warm. The combo is like a dessert cup after dinner: refreshing but still sweet. Good for the dining and living room after dinner in the cold season. Start the diffuser while clearing the dishes; if peppermint feels too chilly for a cold day, cut it to 6 drops.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Vanilla (creamy, sweet and cozy) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use after-dinner dessert in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 4 · Sweet Orange 2 · Vanilla 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use after-dinner dessert?
Made for chilly days, cold rain, Tet (the Lunar New Year) and Christmas; use it in the living room or bedroom.
