Blend recipes · Fresh air & odor control
When everyone at home is taking turns sniffling, the air in the room feels heavy too. Peppermint leads with a cool rush, tea tree and eucalyptus follow to open up the room, and thyme keeps a warm herbal note at the end. Use it to freshen the living room or bedroom so they feel nicer, not in place of seeing a doctor. With kids under 6 at home, leave out the peppermint and eucalyptus.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
