Lemongrass and lemon eucalyptus are equal, giving a fresh, crisp and very clear lemony-grassy scent; tea tree and basil follow, sharp green and a little leafy-spicy. Great for sitting on the porch, in the garden or at a backyard coffee corner. Put the diffuser under the table near your feet, where mosquitoes circle most; for a gentler version, use 2 drops less basil.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
