Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Studying needs a bright mind, and this blend chips in. Lemon and spearmint open fresh and sweetly cool, pine adds an alert green layer, and lavender keeps the whole thing from feeling tense. All four split evenly, so the scent is very balanced. Run the diffuser on your desk for about 20 minutes each time you sit down to study; late at night, use 1 drop less lemon.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
