Blend recipes · Fresh air & odor control
After hot pot, the whole kitchen reeks of broth. Bright lemon peel opens the scene, rosemary and lavender follow with green herbs and soft florals, and a single drop of thyme adds a dry, spicy accent. Run the diffuser in the kitchen or dining room while you wash the pot, and open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan too so the smell clears fast.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
